Thank you for shopping with Gallagher Laser Creations! We take pride in crafting and shipping every order with care. Please read our shipping policy below.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom and engraved orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design. You will be notified if there are any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Custom & Engraved Orders Custom laser-engraved items are made to order and are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please double-check all engraving details before submitting your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at gallagherlaser@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
